Blue Crab Bolt 5K/10K Trail Running Series-Race #3

Race #3 - Little Bennett Regional Park - Clarksburg, MD (actual mileage = 5.55K OR 10.55K)

The Blue Crab Bolt Trail Running Series is back for round seven. Similar to our Backyard Burn races, these 5K and 10K courses are fun and challenging and include a mixture of winding single-track hiking trails, stream crossings, grassy fields, and minimal pavement. Race in one, two, or all three. A point system adding competitor's three-race point totals will be used to determine the top finishers within each age group of the series.

Little Bennett Regional Park in Montgomery County, MD is a 3600 acre wooded playground filled with over 20 miles of trails, picturesque streams, and plenty of camping. Bring the family and camp or make the easy trek on race day to this convenient park, located off Interstate 270 only 30 miles West of D.C. The vast majority of these races courses follow twisty and fun single-track hiking trails. There are also plenty of streamside running and challenging hills. Racers will not be dissappointed with these awesome courses and beautiful park setting!
