Hello Colonel families and friends!! For Mental Health week, we have put together a virtual 5k for Mental Health. Whether you are an avid runner, walker or somewhere in between, this race is for you. Take some time for your physical and mental health over Saturday Oct. 24th- Saturday Oct 31 to run or walk a 5k distance. Utilize one of these apps if you need it! : MapMyRun, if you have a FitBit or AppleWatch, track using the Run workout, RunKeeper, NikeRunClub. Then, submit a picture of your time and maybe a picture after your completion to Mrs. Harwood ( email@example.com) in the counseling office. There will be prizes for the winners of each age group! This is all about taking time to care for yourself and benefit your brain and body!
