Welcome to the RSVP for the MCRRC Annual Board Elections & Birthday Celebration!
We are pleased to have you join us! Get to know other members OFF the trail, vote for the 2020-21 Board Slate & thank our outgoing board members. The best part of this event is that we will be celebrating the club's birthday with lots of CAKE and a member cake contest! We've seen everything from running related cakes, Easter themes, zombie bunnies & more! The only rule is that your submission must be homemade! Other desserts NOT for the contest, but just to enjoy, are welcome & encouraged -- these can be store bought or homemade.
If you will be providing a cake for the contest or another dessert to share, please contact office@mcrrc.org so that we know how many desserts to expect. Transportation services are not available, so you will be responsible for getting your cake to the event on time.
Attendance is FREE, but we do need an accurate head count!
