Description
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation team challenges you to some pre-Thanksgiving fun and fitness. Our center’s annual contest has gone virtual in 2020. Run or walk one mile anywhere you'd like between Nov. 1-15 and log your best time to earn a Turkey Trot T-shirt! Shirts will be distributed within a week after the race. Participants not currently visiting the center will be sent instructions for safe curbside pickup in November.
Just in time for your holiday dinner, the center will award grocery gift cards to our top participants currently in our cardiac programs!
