Triathlete Stroke and Speed Freestyle Clinic

Tune up your triathlon swim stroke and become stronger and faster in the water with a freestyle essentials clinic!

On deck for these clinics are Coach Dorrer and Coach Franca - incredible swim coaches who will make sure you are participating at the appropriate level and keep you improving.  All levels welcome as we will place you in the proper lane for your ability.

STROKE & SPEED: the focus of this small group clinic is on identifying individual areas of improvement, practicing drills to improve skills, and improving overall form, balance and speed in the water.
