Lilabean Foundation 2nd Annual Run For Hope Virtual 5k

While the world around us is constantly changing,  approximately 11 children continue to be diagnosed with brain cancer everyday.  The Lilabean Foundation is committed to funding research and we hope that you will join us for LBF's Annual Run for Hope on May 27th-31st! We encourage you to run virtually with us. Each dollar raised and mile run is a step forward to finding a cure for childhood brain cancer. All of our runners receive a voucher for a free t-shirt with your registration. 

We encourage you to consider setting up a fundraising page to ask your family and friends to support you on your run to help find a cure to end childhood brain cancer. 

Day of Race Information: 
You can complete your 5K at any time between Thursday, May 27th and Monday, May 31st. Take pictures and tag us in your social media posts! @theLilabeanFoundation #LBFRunforHope

Registration Information: 
T-Shirt: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a code to redeem a special edition Run for Hope T-Shirt through our apparel site.

Fundraising Information:
Want to make an impact and become a fundraiser?! It’s super easy, follow the instructions below and if you have any questions reach out to lbf5krace@lilabeanfoundation.com

Follow these easy steps to become a fundraiser while registering for the event:

1. Navigate to the Race Page.Select Donate from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Select Become a Fundraiser.
3. Enter in a name for your Fundraiser
4. Enter in a goal for your new Fundraiser
5. Add a message to describe your Fundraiser
6. Complete your registration

Already registered, but want to become a fundraiser, no worries! Follow these steps: 

1. Sign In to RunSignup
2. Go to your Profile
3. Click My Registered Races
4. Click Manage next to the registration to Manage
5. Click Fundraiser in the left-hand sidebar to begin

Incentives: 

Kids Crushing It Award: Any fundraiser ages 16 and under who fundraises $100+ for the Lilabean Foundation's 2021 Run for Hope event will be awarded this one of a kind drawstring backpack, free of charge via a discount code (please note you will still be required to pay shipping), as a sign of our gratitude for raising funds to support childhood brain cancer research! Note, if you aren't wanting to fundraise but want to support the cause, this item is for sale at $100.
