Description
The Kennebec Valley YMCA is gearing up for its 30th annual Rise ‘n’ Shine 5K Road Race! That's right, Rise N Shine turns the big 3-0 this year! The event will begin at 6:33 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at the Kennebec Valley YMCA, 31 Union St. The race course will include the Kennebec River Rail Trail
All registrants before Sept. 1st will receive a FREE event shirt.
Packet pickup and race-day registration will open at 5 a.m.
