Red Shoe 5K Run & Walk

Join us for the annual 5K event hosted by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine, dedicated to supporting families in need. Taking place at Husson University in Bangor, ME, on August 10, 2024, at 9:30 AM, this event promises a morning of community, fitness, and fun. 

All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt, and enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch, making it a day to remember for a great cause. Whether you're an avid runner or prefer a leisurely stroll, our 5K run/walk welcomes participants of all abilities. Additionally, there will be a special kids fun run, ensuring that there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
