Description
Thread the Needle -a people-powered marine event. Saturday, August 18, 2018 , 9-11am Pennesseewassee Park, Norway, Maine
A family-friendly race from Pennesseewassee Park thru the Crockett Ridge bridge and back. Kayaks, Canoes, Stand-up Paddle-boards, Row Boats-all welcomed! Costumes, boat decorations encouraged. Weather permitting. Everyone must wear a personal flotation devise. No fee, donations accepted for Lake Association of Norway.
Due to bridge clearance, sail boats will not be required to thread the needle, but may join in the fun if the spirit is willing and the winds are favorable.
