Unfortunately, with just 2 weeks until our planned race, we have only 4 kids registered and as a result will be canceling the event. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and plan to try again in the Spring or next Fall.

Description
The Run Skeels 2 Mile Elementary Cross Country Classic is an end of the season Cross Country Race/Run for students in Elementary School, grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. We'll run at the beautiful Heritage Park in Adrian, MI on the middle school cross country course. The course will consist of two identical 1 mile loops, with multiple opportunities for parents, families, and fans to spectate and cheer each lap.
The goal of this event is to give elementary aged students a fun cross country race experience to increase exposure and excitement for the sport.
An adult is allowed to run with a kid at any point in the race if needed for encouragement and support. (If this happens, we ask that you stay to the outside of the race course in consideration for those that want to pass in the race.)
All kids will get a finisher medal, official timing, snacks and hydration at the end of the race.
The course will be open for 1 hour.
