Description
We invite you to join us for our 5th annual Heart and Sole 5k run/walk on the north side of Alma. This truely FLAT course is both a competitive 5K run/walk as well as a Kids Fun Run.
This is an exciting Family Event with an indoor warm-up and indoor activities for children during and after the race. All proceeds will be split with Gratiot Emergency Housing which helps residents of Gratiot County Michigan meet a sudden or unexpected home expense after other sources of funding have been exhausted.
~All participants will receive embroidered fleece mittens.
~Chip timing by Aldrich Timing
~Lunch is provided indoors for participants and their families following the race.
~Cash prize for overall male and female runners. Special prizes for winner of age class and medals for top 3! Special prizes for FUN catagories (oldest, youngest, farthest traveled)
~Medals for walkers!
~Men's and Women's locker rooms available
