Description
We will be going out for a 30 minute out and back run, followed by a strength workout. Altra will be providing demo shoes for the run. Up and Running Performance will provide a strength workout focused on strength training for injury prevention and performance for half marathoners and full marathoners. All skill levels and race distances are welcome. Eliana Lin, PT, DPT will stick around following the strength class to answer any questions you have about your current training. There will also be snacks and beverages following the workout. Please sign up so we know who will be coming and how much food to get.
