Kettlebell Exercises for Runners
Wednesday, November 11th. 6:00 to 6:30PM
The course will begin with a warm up focused on reaching end range of motion, prepping the musculature for exertion and raising the body’s temperature. This will prepare the body for the tasks at hand. Varied stretches will be shown that counter the negative effects of sitting for long periods. Varied movements for powering up hills, stabilizing the core and strengthening legs will be shown.
