At 6pm Terra Castro from Be Bold Crew & Detroit Body Garage will lead runners through her Mechanics Series, which includes the 3 C's: Core/Conditioning/Corrective work. Work on making your Weaknesses your Strength + Injury Prevention. Terra is a former professional triathlete and currently trains for ultra marathons when she is not coaching and helping others reach their fitness goals.
Attendees will receive 10% off their purchases and 10% of the evening's sales will be donated to GOTR.
