Description
WHO: Runners going into grades 6-8
WHAT: A low intensity and fun instructional camp for middle school age runners designed to teach cross-country training and racing techniques and strategies. Applicable for all levels.
WHEN: Monday, August 21st to Thursday, August 24th 2023. 6-7:30pm.
WHERE: County Farm Park. 2230 Platt Road , Ann Arbor, MI 48104
EARLY REG FEE: $85 until 8/6
LATE REG FEE. $100 from 8/7-8/19
FEE INCLUDES: exciting/challenging daily workouts, camp t-shirt (w/ early reg before 8/6), camp awards, healthy post-run snacks to refuel, and informative talks with top level runners and coaches.
T-SHIRTS: Must register before 8/6 to be guaranteed a camp t-shirt. We will have a few extra for sale at camp. Adult sizing
TRAINING: Groups will be separated by ability and fitness level.
