Join Ann Arbor Running Co. and MOVE Wellness for an hour of FREE yoga. Led by certified yoga instructor, Colleen Rolland, this class works with dynamic movements to warm-up, stretch and strengthen the body from the inside out. Yoga has be proven to develop deep core strength, increase your range of motion, and improve your run times by practicing as little as once a week. Class is open to all levels, however prior yoga experience is highly recommended. Bring your yoga mat, some water, and be open to all possibilities!
