Description

iCrush 5K is a flat, fast, traffic-free loop on the paved White Pine and Riverwalk Trails along the Muskegon River in Big Rapids. Finisher awards, prize money, age group awards, food, LS tech T's, door prizes. November is Diabetes Awareness Month (royal blue colors) and there will be a seminar at 1:00 about how to CRUSH diabetes and patient education. What will you CRUSH?
