Christmas Lite Show Red Nose Run 5K Saturday, November 16th (5k & Walk Now Held on Separate Evenings)

The time is finally here! The Red Nose Run 5k is just days away. We are looking forward to a fun-filled night with all of our enthusiastic Christmas Lite Show Participants.Please take a moment to review the following reminders:

DATE: Saturday, November 16th

TIME: Check-In will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m. — 

Please have your *Fans* check-in with you 

(We will not be accepting onsite runner registrations)

Race Time- Promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Awards- 6:45 p.m.

WHERE: AJ’s Family Fun Park

  4400 Ball Park Dr NE

  Comstock Park, MI

PARKING: Free Parking is located at Fifth Third Ballpark and is included with the race registration. Staff will direct you to open spaces once you arrive.

**The race will start promptly at 6:00pm in front of A.J.’s Family Fun Park so please allow extra time for congestion off of US-131 and West River Drive to park and check-in.

**In order to keep our runners safe, we will NOT be allowing people to arrive/park after the race has started.

RED NOSE RUN 5K SPECIFICS:

Age Group Divisions:

9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

BIBS: Bibs will be provided at check in. Please make sure they are visible on the front of the body to insure accurate timing when you start and cross the finish line.

WATER: Boxed Water will be providing free water for the event. Thank you Boxed Water!

ROUTE: The Red Nose Run will consist of two laps, starting and finishing at AJ’s Family Fun Park. Paths will be marked with signage for clarity.

PRIZES & AWARDS: Every runner will receive a Christmas Lite Show Medal, and the top 3 Finishers in each category will receive a trophy! Awards will be at 6:45 pm located at the Memory Lane Train staging area in A.J.s parking lot.

FAMILY & FRIENDS (Fan Passes): Two Fan Passes are included with each Runner Registration. Fans must check in with their runner prior to the race to sign a waiver/participation form and to receive their Christmas Lite Show light-up necklace. This necklace will allow the fan(s) to walk through the show at a slower/walking pace with their runner after the race has ended. During the race, fans may congregate near the finish line and enjoy hot cocoa. 

 If you have more than two fans you'd like to walk through with after, any extra fans can purchase a "fan" necklace/ticket for $10. 

PETS: Please leave furry friends home.  We can’t wait to see you all there!

Race Starts at 6:00pm with Award Ceremony at 6:45pm

Each ticket includes up to 2 fan passes so that your non-competing cheering family/friends may walk through the show with you after you finish!  Have more than 2 fans?  Each additional fan is welcome for $10 and may purchase fan passes on site.

The Christmas Lite Show is West Michigan's largest, animated, drive through light show! The event is located at Fifth Third Ballpark, home of the West Michigan Whitecaps, exit 91, off US 131.  Enjoy over two million lights, animated displays, lighted tunnels under the blanketed sky!

5K Participants (Saturday, November 16): 

You will be run through the light attraction, receive finishing medals, enjoy hot cocoa and may purchase a souvenir shirt with registration or at race (limited quantities after Nov 10 pre-order deadline).  Make sure to stick around after to take in the lights on a leisurely walk after with your fans and enjoy these photo opportunities!

The event will take place rain or shine.  Please dress for inclement weather.  Sorry, no refunds. There will be no day-of sign-ups allowed. Registration ends on November 15th.
