Description
Celebrating 45 years of running in East Grand Rapids. Join us for a morning racing. Our 2024 race offerings include: 5K, 5K Doggie Dash, 1 Mile Family Fun Run, 10K, Combo racing (you will race both the 5K and the 10K) and our own Triple Crown (5K, Mile and 10K).
Strollers and pets are welcome to participate.

Doggie Dash 5K Run or Walk
We are offering a dog and owner 5K run or walk. How exciting to run with your pet. All dogs must be on leashes and must wear a muzzle if aggressive. Please be responsible and take care of your pets droppings.
Family Fun Run - Mile
Family Fun Run - this will become a family favorite for sure. Lace up your running shoes and run/walk with your family. You can run this race solo or as a family. The family rate is for up to four runners.

Late Registrants:
Use your Smart Phone in person or register at home on-line and come pick up your bib.
Awards Ceremony
We will celebrate at the finish line in 2024.
Race refreshments will be available at the finish line. Race results will be available electronically.
Awards ceremony for age group and overall winners will begin at 10:00AM.

Restroom will be available onsite.
