Thank you for walking beside us as we journey through the complexity of mental health. We strive to raise suicide prevention awareness, create a more open, understanding conversation about mental health, encourage and inspire healthy coping mechanisms for depression and anxiety, and break down the stigmas surrounding mental health to improve the mindset. We encourage participants to walk 34 laps in honor of Vinnie, which equates to a 13K walk. Whether you walk 1 lap or 34 laps, we are grateful for you joining us in our march forward to end the stigma, thank you!
