Running With The Best-Firefighter Charity Run

All proceeds from this event will be donated to EJ Rosario and his family.

EJ is a Fenton Township resident with kids in the Lake Fenton Schools and was once a member of the Fenton Township Fire Dept.  In Sept. 2010 he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (stage 4 cancer) and began chemo in Oct.  2010.  He has been out of work since Jan. 2011 and has several medical bills and prescriptions that insurance is not paying for.  

The race will begin and end at the Fenton Township Fire Station #1 (type the following to view the route map http://www.runningmap.com/?id=248967 ), parking in the lot behind the station in front of the Township Hall. 

Registration begins at 9:00am. Race begins at 10:00am.

The cost is $20 and includes refreshments after the race & a first annual Running With The Best t-shirt. PLEASE REGISTER BY MARCH 14 TO RESERVE A SPECIFIC SHIRT SIZE.
