Description
This is a body conditioning class designed for walkers and runners to improve flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. The moves covered in this class will place emphasis on spinal pelvis alignment, developing a strong core , and improving coordination and balance. Beginners to advanced are welcomed.

Instructor Bio- I have been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years with a variety of certifications including muscle conditioning and strengthening, Tai-Chi, Pilates, Arthritis based classes, Bootcamp, Spinning, and Zumba. I have a strong knowledge of Anatomy , Physiology, and Kinesiology due to my degree in Occupational Therapy and a Personal Training certification. Over the years, my passion for fitness and running has given me the opportunity to be a fitness and wellness Director, have published articles in Healthy and Fit magazine, Crim leader, and the ability to continue motivating individuals in fitness and healthy living.
