"Where there's a Y, there's a way."
Following the postponement announcement of the 2020 Kick-Off to Summer Run, we have received an overwhelming response from our staff, members, and community. There is a strong desire to still celebrate, while practicing social distancing, the annual Kick-Off to Summer Run. While we still hope and are still planning to hold the postponed race at a later date, we are hosting a Virtual Kick-Off to Summer Run.
The Virtual Kick-Off to Summer Run will take place May 23-May 30 with participants completing a 1-mile or a 5k course of their choice between these dates.
We are offering this event in response to what the community needs in this time of uncertainty; the opportunity to connect, something to look forward to and something to celebrate. The Tri-Cities Family YMCA remains committed to promoting health and wellness in our community. Thank you for choosing the Y!

Race Shirt Pick Up
Friday, May 22 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Race shirt pick up will take place in front of the Tri-Cities Family YMCA with a drive-thru process. Participants must remain in their cars, with a passenger window open, for a volunteer to place your t-shirts through. Volunteers will be required to wear masks and gloves.
