New to our speaker list in 2017, please join us to hear Wendy Hammond present about the best ways to fuel a runner’s body, and how to weed your way through the plethora of fueling options out there for runners. Wendy believes in developing a healthy spirit, mind, and body is a lifelong pursuit that takes practice and dedication. She is passionate about helping clients make small daily changes to achieve big goals.
In this clinic she will share knowledge as it pertains to a runner's diet: what to eat to before/during/after runs and how to maximize your training using your diet. She will cover lots of good topics and take questions at the end.
