Description
Please join the Hillsdale County Community Foundation for the 2024 Track the YAC Run/Walk. This is a family friendly 5k run/walk that begins at Sandy Beach. The route starts at the Sandy Beach recreation area, on paved roads around Baw Beese Lake, and the last stretch is along the paved Hillsdale Rotary bike path, ending at the Sandy Beach recreation area.
Proceeds from this event support the W.K. Kellogg Youth Advisory Fund for projects designed and implemented by youth, for youth.
Pricing: Early registration $20 thru May 31st. $25 June 1st until August 9th. $30 August 10th.

Awards: Overall Male and Female winners as well as first place in each age group (male & female) 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
Race day morning Packet Pickup: Starting at 7:30 am at the race location.
Course: Please see the course map tab at the top of the page. There is plenty of parking at the race location.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Your results will be live after the race and available on this website!

Donate $100 and you'll receive a FREE entry! Discounted entry fees for donations of $75 - $50!
Free entry is valid until 8/09 then it's a $25 discount off the entry fee with a $100 donation.

Hillsdale County YOUTH Advisory Council
The Hillsdale County Community Foundation YOUTH was established in October of 1991. The YOUTH Advisory Council has an ongoing program for studying the assets, needs, and concerns of the young people of Hillsdale County. YOUTH has a special endowment fund, initially made possible by a challenge grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, to make available grant dollars to benefit and involve young people in Hillsdale County. The current YOUTH Council has 25 members including: Camden-Frontier, Sam Brown and Tydann Cooney; Hillsdale Academy, Riley Coupland and Caroline Roberts; Hillsdale High School, Kate Nolan and Keegan Oxley; Homeschool, Eve Goodlife and Hayden Ladd; Jonesville, Hallie James, Maria Mandrelle, and Emily Toner; Litchfield, Junior Alvarez and Jerome Vasquez; North Adams-Jerome, Carly Beach and Cheyanne Welch; Pittsford, Ava Mallar and Riley McCumber; Reading, Leah Headley and Ava Potter; Waldron, Daytona Grant and Alec Shamplo; and Will Carleton Academy, Jack Thielen and James VanCamp.
