Ruthie's Doggie Dash Virtual 5K Fun Run

This is a virtual 5K fun run to benefit the Ruth Burkholder Scholarship Fund!  All proceeds from the run will support dance, theater and music students at Avalon School of the Arts.  The fund was established in 2014 in memory of Avalon's founder Ruth Burkholder (Rich's mom).  Ruthie believed in the importance of arts education to enhance the lives of children and families.  

When you sign up you will receive a race shirt which can be tie dyed at Avalon on pick up day, Wednesday, August 4 at Avalon.  Register by July 29 to reserve your shirt!  We will have some extras on a first come first served basis.  We hope you will have a great time with your family taking a walk or run with or without a doggie!  Share your pictures with us on social media by tagging @avalonschoolofthearts or using the following hashtags: #doggiedash2021 #ruthiesdoggiedash #avalonschoolofthearts
