Description
Did you know you can move AND meditate at the same time? Walking meditation is a simple practice of connecting our mind and body with movement and breathe. If the "sitting still" part of meditation seems challenging, this is just for you!
Come learn simple strategies to incorporate mindfulness into your movement routine. Feel more grounded, connected, and peaceful during this workshop which will conclude with a walking meditation.
