Ultimate, Extreme, Ultra Point 1K

The Ultimate, Extreme, Ultra .1K is a spoof event for the whole family! Participants can run, walk, roll, or crawl their way down the all-flat, 329-foot "race course", wearing super-serious running gear or tutu's and stiletto heels (whatever you are feeling that morning).  Anything goes in the shortest race in Michigan and - trust us - we've seen it all!

The restaurants and retailers will help us kick off the fun at 10am, offering "pre-hydration" drink deals, shopping discounts, and competitive activities to help our P1K-ers mentally and physically prepare for the noon race!  Be sure to come early to compete in our very own Amazing Race-style scavenger hunt that you can register for at the race between 10:00am and 10:30am!  AND don't forget to put your loved one's name on our memorial wall, which will run as a billboard this year after the Point 1K!

Our P1K-ers not only get extra cool race swag and serious bragging rights in the running community, but also the satisfaction of knowing you pushed yourself to the limit for a good cause.  All race fees and donations help Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan provide hospice care and grief support for all who need them, regardless of financial ability. 

Whether this is your first time in the running community or you have been training for this day with marathons and triathlon's - all skill-levels are welcome! 

Please note: For the health and safety of our participants, we recommend that you start physical training for this “run” at least 7 minutes before you start the race.
