We are excited for the 3rd Annual Acquire The Dream 5k/ 10k race. The ATD Race will be held at Maguire Park in Lansing on Saturday, April 29th, 2023. Each Race travels North down the River Trail, Into Hawk Island. The entirety of the race is on the River trail, and is flat and picturesque. We will have a couple water stations, and refreshments afterwards. Each participant receives a medal, and a short sleeve race shirt. There are awards for overall Male and Female winners and overall male and female Masters.
Schedule: 10k will start at 9:30, followed by the 5k at 9:45. Mile fun run will start at 9:00 am.
Entry Fee: $40 until Sunday, April 23rd, t-shirt guaranteed. $45 April 24th to Friday, April 28th. (limited shirts). $50 race day (no shirt)
Results will be live and available at the race and also afterwards on this website.
Packet pickup will be held on both Friday, April 28th, Noon to 4:30 PM at Journey life Church- 2289 Cedar st, Holt, MI 48842 (behind Huntington National Bank) and on race day morning starting at 7:45 am.
Proceeds for the Race are to provide scholarships for the Teens of Journey Life, and Building 21, to attend Church Camp and Ambassador in Missions Trips overseas. One of our greatest resources we have are our Young People. They are the future. This race is presented to honor these young people, and make an investment for their future.
