Description

Welcome to the Lansing Parks and Recreation's virtual 5K walk/run series!! This is the race where you choose the time and the pace. Runners will receive suggested River Trail routes and have two weeks to complete them. You complete the miles and submit your time. New routes will be sent out July 9th, 23rd, August 6th and 20th. Each runner will receive a versatile head band in the mail, that can be used many ways, including for a face covering.
