Franciscan Rhythms 5th Annual Trail Run/Walk PLUS a 10K!

The Franciscan Life Process Center is hosting the Fifth Annual Franciscan Rhythms Trail Run & Walk

FLPC provides music therapy to many members of the West Michigan community. Many of our clients receive a variety of therapies, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Families often need help to pay for the services offered by the Center and music therapy is rarely covered by medical insurance. The Center provides over $5,500 per month in scholarship assistance.

We have enlisted the help of Groove City Events with the hope that this trail run will help us make new friends and replenish our Music Therapy Scholarship fund.

Trail runners/walkers will enjoy:

Seven live music stations along the trail 
Franciscan stew and fresh bread 
T-shirt

Registration fee is $30 through September 13. From September 14 through the day of the race, the fee is $35 ($5.00 more for the 10K).

This year we have added a "Lunch Ticket" for non-runners.  If your cheering section would like some Franciscan Stew and fresh bread make sure to get tickets for them (Registered Runners and Walkers will get a Lunch Ticket when they pick up their bib and timing chip.)

KIDS Run! Approximately 1K run around the Center for kids aged 3 - 11. $10 registration fee includes a Trail Run Shirt!

Franciscan Bread!  You will have an opportunity when you register for the Trail Run/Walk to pre-order fresh baked Franciscan Bread! NO BREAD WILL BE SOLD THE DAY OF THE RUN. Order and pay when you register - pick up after the race.
