Join participants from mid-Michigan and all over the United States as we virtually accumulate hours of activities to reach a cumulative goal of 12,021 hours of movement. Run, Walk, Bike, Spin, Roll, Swim, use the Elliptical or Stair Climber, engage in Strength Training, Cardio workouts, Yoga, or get outside for Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Downhill Skiing, Ice Skating - it doesn't matter how you do it - the minutes you log in the eight weeks from January 1 - February 28 will help achieve the cumulative goal! Playmakers will hold weekly drawings to reward active participants.
