Description
Playmakers is offering FREE 1 hour cross training workouts targeted to runners and walkers. Participants will be taken through a variety of cardio and strengthening exercises that are designed to keep you moving. You will also learn various warm up, cooldown, and foam rolling techniques to ensure that you start each walk, run, and/or workout fresh and injury free. These workouts are designed for people of most abilities!
Each week we will focus on a different muscle group:
- June 9th: Upper Body & Back
- June 16th: Core & Hips,
- June 23rd: Legs & Feet
Please join us for a fun group workout full of music, fun, and sweat.
The workouts will begin in the Playmakers parking lot at 10:00 am Sundays June 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
