**FREE FOR GOOD FORM RUNNING MONTH!!!!
This one hour yoga session 10-11am is geared towards runners/walkers. Class focuses on stretch and strength of problem areas along with core stengthening in a relaxed, beginner friendly atmosphere. Class is located upstairs on the mezzanine at Playmakers.
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. Don't have a mat? Don't worry, we do have plenty of yoga mats for you to borrow. NAMASTE!
