High School and Middle School Mileage Club:
Continually training is the most effective way to improve your distance running. Playmakers will again be hosting the 250/500 Mile Clubs this summer. Athletes who log over 250 or 500 miles can complete our online form by September 21, 2014 and will receive a Playmakers 250 or 500 Mile Club shirt.
High School Training Dates
• Dates: June 1, 2014 - August 16, 2014
• 500 Mile Club = 45.5 miles/week, 6.5 miles/day
• 250 Mile Club = 23 miles/week, 3.2 miles/day
Middle School Training Dates
• Dates: June 1, 2014 - August 31, 2014
• 500 Mile Club = 38.5 miles/week
• 250 Mile Club = 19 miles/week
Due Date
** Please complete the online submission form by Sunday, September 21.
Rewards:
** Playmakers Mile Club Shirt
** Recognition on the Playmakers website at the Greater Lansing & Junior Greater Lansing Meets
To Submit Your Miles:
** Keep track of your daily miles and submit your miles on our online form between September 21, 2014. Once your miles have been submitted we will order a shirt and send it to your coach for recognition.
The best way to train this summer is to run consistent miles and join the Playmakers Mileage Club!
