Reps to Raise Your Voice

Fitness Coliseum and Voices for Children Advocacy Center are excited to come together on Saturday, April 16th for our first ever Reps to Raise Your Voice event!

This event will invite local fitness enthusiasts, supporters of the Voices for Children Advocacy Center and local businesses to come together to sponsor and complete reps of burpees, step ups, sit ups and squats. We have a goal of reaching 50,000 sponsored reps prior to the event start on April 16th, 2022 at 9am.

The event will kick off with a welcome from the Voices for Children team before our participants jump in and start their work! Together we will complete our total number of sponsored reps, really putting in the work to raise awareness for child abuse prevention month. Throughout the event spectators and those watching the online live stream have the ability to sponsor MORE reps, increasing our funds raised and our work to be done! The event will conclude when our amazing participants have completed our total number of sponsored reps (estimated approximately 1.5hours total).

This event is open to participants of all fitness levels! We will have coaches from Fitness Coliseum at each movement station to keep participants safe and offer movement modifications as needed. Participants will move at their own pace, taking breaks as they desire, and switching between the movements they want and are able to do. Any and all reps will help us reach our goal, so if you think you can complete 100 reps or 1,000 reps through the event, we would love you to join us! Participants will get a day of fun, the pride of helping to raise awareness for this important cause, and a t-shirt!!
