We will meet each Monday evening at 6:00pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am for workouts. Each session will begin with stretching and run/walk. Core workout will begin after run at gym. This program will be limited to only 15 people to begin with so each participant will get the correct individual training to reach overall end goals.
