Join us for the 2nd annual Race to Rescue 5K Run/Walk. The new slavery...human trafficking is the fastest growing segment of organized crime. The average age of a child trafficked, in this country, is 12 years of age. Join us in raising funds to help bring healing to broken hearts. All proceeds will be donated to Dayspring Ministries International to help children caught in the plight of Human Trafficking. The first 100 runners to finish will get a medal handcrafted by local children. There will also be age group awards. All pre-registered entrants by April 22nd will receive an event t-shirt.
Event will be held at River Bends Park. Race starts at 9:00 a.m.
