Feeling a little cooped up? Need to burn off some energy? Get out and run a mile as fast as you can! Roads, trails, track,'s up to you.

Run your mile any time, anywhere, May 1-10 and submit your results to be included in the results.

Other than the cost of a few burned calories, this event is 100% FREE and open to anyone, anywhere!


Here's how it works. Anytime from May 1-10:

  1. Measure out a 1 mile course.
    4 laps around your local track is 1 mile.  You can also use a treadmill.  If you need help mapping out a course, check out
  2. Grab a stopwatch, hit start, and run!
    Stop your watch when you finish the mile, and save that time for step 3.
  3. Submit your time to us (registered participants will be able to do so on the race page) by 11:59 PM EDT
  4. Get back to eating all those cookies you've been eating the past 6 weeks (JUST KIDDING!)
  5. Get out, run some more, and enjoy a renewed sense of purpose in this crazy world we're in right now

We'll send out complete results on May 11, once everyone has submitted their results.
