Description
SolesforCardio 5K Walk/Run and 0.6 K Wellness Walk is a healthy activity for all ages. This competitive walk/run promotes a fun heart healthy activity for the community. All ages and abilities are welcomed. Awards are given to the overall1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners of both men and women categories. Medals are given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners of each age category. All participants receive a ribbon. Race is followed by an aerial heart photo formed by people wearing a red shirt to promote heart health awareness.
