Description
We welcome you to join us for the 9th Annual Waters of Life 5k run/walk on Saturday, June 11, 2022! Happening the weekend before the Grandmas Marathon it is a nice country run to get you warmed up and ready for race day! It is a fun family event for all!
The start of the race is at the corner of the Rice Lake & West Pioneer Roads and begins at 8:00 am. It ends at the Gnesen Community Center on the Howard Gnesen Rd. It is a one-way route with complimentary shuttle bus back to the parking area at the start.
The race route showcases the beauty of our rural area to all participants and will be a timed 5k event along the route of the West Pioneer Rd from the corner of Rice Lake Rd to the Gnesen Community Center. All ages and experience levels are welcome! A Kids Fun Run will be immediately following at the Gnesen Community Center where the race finishes.
Cost is $25 for adults and free for the Kids Fun Run. Registration deadline is May 27th to receive our t-shirt.
Race packet pick-up will be on Friday evening at Waters of Life Church from 5-7 pm or at the event start on Saturday morning.
