Knife River Solstice 5K/2mi walk, kids games

The Race begins at the Rec Center, where racers walk or run down the sometimes muddy river trail, past the wayside rest, then take a hilly course around the streets of Knife River. At the half-way mark, they round a corner and take the same route back to complete the race. Races for kids who aren’t ready for main course have also been added! Every child who participates receives a ribbon and is eligible for prize drawings
