LNR Juniors - Year Round Teams

 The LNR year round sign up includes four out of town training camps, spring, summer, fall and winter training sessions, as well as training plans, lactate testing, and race support. The team fee can be paid in full or paid in quarterly installments.

Year-Round Competition Team Includes:

• Training programs running from April 2025 – March 2026.
• 4 out of town training camps – June Camp in Ironwood, Michigan; July Camp in Utah (Comp Team) or Grand Marias MN (Devo Team); MEA Camp in Cable, Wisconsin; and Thanksgiving On-Snow Training Camp (Silverstar BC). Airplane ticket to Utah and Silverstar are not included. 
• Year-round training plan, time trials, field testing, and lactate profiles.
• 3-7 organized training sessions per week for 46 weeks (breaks at end of March and end of August)

Please choose either single or quarterly payments when registering. If you choose quarterly payments, you will make four payments throughout the year:

• First payment is made when registering
• Second payment is made June 1
• Third payment is made September 1
• Fourth payment is made December 1

We will send payment reminders as due dates approach.
