Back the Badge 5k/2 Mile Run/Walk

This event supports the Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation of SE Minnesota.  More details at the www.LawEnforcementMemorial.org.

The race begins on the Soldiers Memorial Field Park Track, then circles the entire Soldiers Memorial Field Park passing the current Veteran Memorial and future home of the Law Enforcement Memorial for fallen officers throughout SE Minnesota.  The 2 Mile walk circles the Soldiers Memorial Field Park twice and finishes on the Soldiers Memorial Field track.  The 5k leaves the Park and follows the bike path to the Olmsted County Government Center where it doubles back and also finishes on the Soldiers Memorial Field track also. 

TIMELINE:

8:00am – Day of Race Registration and Pre-Registration Information Pick Up begins at Soldiers Field Track
8:00am - Kids Activities begin and will go until 10:00am
8:30am – K9 Demo
8:45am – National Anthem and Race Instructions
9:00am – 5K begins
9:10am – 2 Mile Walk begins
9:50am – Awards and Recognitions
