2020 Festival of (Virtual) Miles

Dear FOM Fans and Athletes,

We would have loved to see you in person at the Festival of Miles in 2020. Your support, cheers, and enthusiasm have kept us going strong for 12 years.  While the reality of the pandemic calls on us to cancel FOM at SLUH on June 4th we would like to show our support for the St. Louis running community by hosting a virtual mile for all! 

A large part of our mission is to raise money for our athlete in need. We fully intend to support Janeann and her family. We also know how important running is to all of us right now as we face new and different challenges daily. We are excited to announce that our board has decided to go virtual for the 2020 edition of the meet. We invite all runners, walkers, joggers, fans, parents, athletes, competitors, coaches, and first time quarantine runners to join us in this year's event. We are launching a 1 Mile run/walk/jog which is open for all to participate in. Since our annual gate price on meet-day is $5, that will be the price to run with us this year. During the registration will be taking donations for anyone wishing to continue to uphold our cause in supporting our 2020 Athlete in Need, Janeann Taubel. You can view more information about Janeann HERE. 100% of the donations, along with as much as possible from the virtual gate fee will go to help our friend, Janeann get through her battle against colon cancer.
