Columbia Track Club (CTC) Colts Cross Country

The Columbia Track Club (CTC) Colts Cross Country program is a youth running group based in Columbia, Missouri, designed to promote health, fitness, teamwork, and community for young runners.

The Colts compete as part of the Central Missouri Athletic Circuit (CMAC).

Eligibility

• Open to children ages 6–14 (birth years 2012–2020)
• Students currently running for a middle school cross country team may participate after their school season concludes

Registration & Fees

• A $20 Columbia Track Club (CTC) family membership is required to complete registration
• Not a CTC member yet?
  • You’ll be prompted during registration to purchase a membership, which will allow you to proceed to the next step

Optional:
Runners may also choose to participate in the CMAC All Stars post‑season team.
Additional fees apply.

Stephens Lake Park

• Upper parking lot
• Meet at the top of the sled hill

Cosmo Park

• Next to Antimi Shelter (near the skate park)

• Monday & Thursday: 5:15–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00–10:45 AM (beginning of the season)

CMAC All Stars

Runners from all CMAC teams are invited to combine to be part of the regional and national team. The team traditionally runs in a National Qualifier meet and those that qualify have the opportunity to compete nationally at the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships.

Uniforms

• Meet uniforms (singlets) are provided by the Columbia Track Club
• Runners should supply their own blue or black running shorts
