1st Annual Keepers of the Promise 5K and Fun Run

Join us for the 1st Annual Keepers of the Promise 5K and Fun Run benefiting Missouri's National Veterans Memorial.  MNVM is a fully, privately funded 501(c)3 whose mission is to pay tribute to all our service men and women and provide an environment for peaceful reflection.  The race will start and end at the Memorial, allowing runners the chance to view the only full-scale replica of the Vietnam Wall in Washington, DC and visit our military museum, as well as other monuments on the grounds before or after the race.  Please visit our website at www.mnvmfund.org for more information on the Memorial.

Former St. Louis Cardinal and NFL Hall-of-Famer Jackie Smith will be at the Memorial for a meet and greet from 8:30 to the start of the race.

The race registration fee includes a t-shirt and finisher medal (guaranteed if registered by April 7), as well as an admission voucher to the Gettin' Sauced BBQ Competition (see flier below) at Richardet Floor Covering beginning at 11:00 the same day.  Voucher includes access to the competitors and the opportunity to taste test BBQ from the best cooks around, in addition to a full meal and the opportunity to bid on some great items at the live auction.  Proceeds from this event also benefit MNVM.  Additional admission wristbands can be purchased for $10 each at the event.
