Weigh-Ins June 26th from 4:00pm-7:00pm and June 27th from 8:00am-9:00am

1. Log Clean & Press

• AMRAP in 60 Seconds time limit
• Clean and Press Each Rep
• Must wait for down command on each rep
• Grip shirt, elbow sleeves, knees sleeves, and belt allowed

2. Wagon Wheel Deadlift AMRAP

• AMRAP in 60 Seconds time limit
• Must wait for down command on each rep
• Deadlift bar
• Straps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, belt, and dead lift suit allowed

3. Max Distance Farmers Carry

• Lift and carry farmers implements for max distance
• Turn ever 40 ft.
• Score is given for total distance traveled with implements
• No drops allowed

4.       Atlas Stone Series

• Three stone series loaded from lightest to heaviest
• Loaded to 48" platform
• Last stone must be loaded for AMRAP in the time limit
• 60 Second time limit
• No Tacky allowed!!!

Masters and Novice classes have no weight restrictions. Masters competitors must be 40 year of age or older at time of competition. 
Women's: LW - 132 and under, MW - 133 to 165, HW - 166 and over
Men's: LW - 182 and under, MW - 183 to 220, HW - 221 and over
