Join the only 5K in Forest Park that sustains Forest Park!

On Sunday, August 16th, help Forest Park Forever restore and maintain this community treasure while enjoying the views that make it the “Best City Park” in the country.You’ll pass iconic spots like Emerson Grand Basin, Art Hill, the World’s Fair Pavilion, Pagoda Circle and more.

Got speedy little ones who love the Park? Register them to walk, run or stroll in the quarter-mile Kids Dash, which everyone wins! Their special route includes a loop through Pagoda Circle, where they’ll pass by the Nathan Frank Bandstand and through countless colorful blooms.

Want to participate but can’t join us on August 16? Register as a virtual runner to get your Forest Park 5K T-shirt to wear with pride as you walk, run, ride or roll in any location. You can sleep in and still support Forest Park Forever!

The race will begin near the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center in Forest Park.

Register by July 31 to receive your 2026 Forest Park 5K T-shirt. For those who register after July 31, T-shirts will be available while supplies last.

Pick up your race packet in the Voyager Room at the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center in Forest Park.
