Description

The Concreteman Triathlon is the oldest triathlon in the area.  Located at Lake Fellows, north of town, it is scenic, the water is clean, and the hills are rolling.  The sprint distance is suitable for beginners and the Olympic distance is challenging.

The bike course is challenging with rolling hills.  The swim course is a tringular loop.  The run is gradually uphill the first mile, leveling off, then finishing the last mile downhill.

Aid stations are every mile on the run.  Bring your own water for the bike portion.

Though online registration ends Friday morning, July 24, you may sign up all day Friday until 6 pm at Ridge Runner Sports, 3057 S. Fremont.

Packet pick up is from noon until 6 pm at RRS.
